After a preliminary assessment, it was observed that despite the immense potential of Arunachal Pradesh in the tourism sector our startups and businesses were not doing so well and had problems with market connect and low footfall of tourists. A webinar was conducted with Ourguest to encourage online listing on online platforms such as OURGUEST and the verification processes for the same. . Beneficiaries from DDUSY as well as interested startups from our cohort were present.

Our graduates from Cohort 1 got the opportunity to pitch their ideas to Nagaraja Prakasam. Naga Sir spoke about the scope of marketing traditionally grown agricultural products, craft, tribal art and culture and the importance of adding a PREMIUM to these products. He also shared successful case studies of entrepreneurs and how the Government is supporting them in various regions.
